Gregson Running Coaches
A Training Plan may be perfect for you if you’re not after ongoing individualised coaching, but are still after some guidance towards your goal. We are able to create individualised 12 and 16 week Training Plans that are catered to your goals, your running level and history, as well as your weekly schedule. Whether you are preparing for a 5km, 10km, half marathon or marathon, by the time you have finished your 12 or 16 week training plan, you will have plenty of running in your legs and you should feel much more confident about achieving your goal. If you’re interested in a Training Plan, click ‘SIGN UP FOR A TRAINING PLAN’ below so we can get started. After that we will get you to complete our Pre-Exercise Screening so we are able to find out your running history, goals, work/study schedule, if you’re dealing with any ongoing niggles, and if you have any health concerns. After receiving this information, we will get started on your Training Plan and have it to you ASAP so you can get started.
