WHAT WE OFFER

Team GR: A$260 per month

  • An exclusive individualised online running coaching experience for runners of all levels.
  • Unlimited communication access to your coaches via WhatsApp and email.
  • A phone call to discuss individual running goals.
  • A frequently updated and modified training program that will be catered to your own ability, progression and adaptations to the training. This includes cross training options when necessary.
  • Continual review, feedback, and adjustment of your training program.
  • A relationship where we are able to use our expertise to offer advice and provide mentoring regarding all aspects of your running journey, including racing.
  • Personalised strength and mobility workout videos (released when appropriate during your development).
  • Use of the Final Surge training app for training program delivery. The Final Surge platform also acts as a communication portal and your own digital training diary.
  • Team GR members will also be rewarded with Gregson Running singlets upon reaching significant milestones in their running journey.

Gregson Running Coaches

We offer 12-16 week individualised training plans

Individualised Training Plan: from A$360

A Training Plan may be perfect for you if you’re not after ongoing individualised coaching, but are still after some guidance towards your goal. We are able to create individualised 12 and 16 week Training Plans (A$360 and A$440 respectively) that are catered to your goals, your running level and history, as well as your weekly schedule. Whether you are preparing for a 5km, 10km, half marathon or marathon, by the time you have finished your 12 or 16 week training plan, you will have plenty of running in your legs and you should feel much more confident about achieving your goal. If you’re interested in a Training Plan, click ‘SIGN UP FOR A TRAINING PLAN’ below so we can get started. After that we will get you to complete our Pre-Exercise Screening so we are able to find out your running history, goals, work/study schedule, if you’re dealing with any ongoing niggles, and if you have any health concerns. After receiving this information, we will get started on your Training Plan and have it to you ASAP so you can get started.
